WARNING: Only inducted and authorised people can drive on the road with loads greater than 10 tonne gross vehicle mass (GVM) but less than 20 tonne GVM. This induction form is to ensure you are authorised by us to travel with the above loadweight loading, under strict rules. Only medium rigids (12.5 metres long) or light vehicles and trailers will be allowed. Full disclosure in the fields below is required.

Non-compliance could result in further damage to the road causing cracking and landslides – causing further road closures and setting back the progress of the road recovery works. Monitoring tools and surveillance will be in place to ensure compliance on access days.

Please note call-up signs and use UHF channel 17.

Once you Confirm & Submit, your feedback will be provided to the road recovery team. Updates about permission to access the road with loads greater than 10 tonne GVM but less than 20 tonne GVM will be provided in regular email (or SMS) updates to residents.
